"I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. I had to go to feont desk again to complain and advise them this was a unsafe and...

"Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is great, but requires transport (taxi or own car). aquapark is small but sufficient to enjoy. Foods are not perfect, but adequate. "

"For the price the hotel was adequate, although there were a few things missing from the kitchen and a leg broken on the sofa. However the air con was included in the price, so was thankful for that. Could’ve done with a broom in the apartment or if cleaners would come in to sweep and empty bin would be great. Was a peaceful stay with nice pools and easy reach of restaurants and water park. "
