Lots of Steps: The hotel is on a mountainside, requiring climbs of 200+ stairs to reach rooms. The hill lift often breaks down (it did on our last day). Not suitable for those with mobility issues or buggies. FOOD & VALUE: ★★★★☆ The main buffet had good variety, including vegan options. You must get your own drinks, as staff don't serve them. The spa and trips were good value. The kids' team, however, only engaged with outgoing guests and didn't encourage our shy teens. Shopping Tip: Nearby towns are expensive.
