Bei der Buchung gab es zwar ein kleines Missverständnis, aber der Manager hat das super gelöst und uns sogar noch einen Gefallen getan. Es war tipptopp sauber. "I wanted to take the time to give us special review and word of gratitude to the entire staff at the yacht classical hotel. It is a beautiful luxury little hotel with attentive and caring staff testified by how they helped me after I had a very bad fall, breaking my shoulder and my wrist. The manager rushed to help me,enlisted a Stafford to drive me to the private hospital and they even flagged down a police officer to help us cut through traffic. They then stayed at the hospital with me for over an hour until my wife and kids could join me. I will never forget the kindness and grace that these hotel team member showed me. Prior to my injury we were also having a fantastic time. The restaurant is excellent."
