"We were less than a block from the beach. Although the room was small, it was painted light and felt airy and roomy. The only downside was the shower. It was tiny, which is manageable, but the rain shower head made it so there was no place in the shower you weren't getting wet. There was not a shelf for soap or anything and the door wouldn't close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for a long weekend and had no problems or issues at all. The guest house provided parking vouchers for £15 for 24 hour parking on most of the local streets, we parked outside the property. The room was clean and plenty big enough for two, with lots of tea and coffee provided. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, the pier, town, bars and restaurants. Perfect!"

"The property looked clean and presentable. The room was smaller than i expected, especially the bathroom i didnt even attempt to use the shower because it looked so cramped. We had a little trouble accessing the property at first because the email hadnt arrived with details how to input access code etc but luckily the gentleman came by and confirmed my reservation and instructed how to use the access code reader. The property was mostly quiet, wifi wasnt great but useable. Walking distance to...

"A really nice B&B at reasonable rates, friendly staff and a good breakfast. My single room was a bit small but had everything I needed. The location is great, just outside the centre to be quiet but very walkable and with excellent public transport just 50 metres away. "

"Was upgraded for free which as a lovely touch ☺️ room for improvement: bathroom was very small and you can hear everything from the street outside, so take earplugs if you'd be woken by bin lorries etc or if you stay on the weekend. Otherwise lovely spacious room, cafe downstairs looked really nice, lovely check in staff. "

"Was a really comfortable stay, close to reasonable long stay parking, town, the pier etc. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Good communication from venue in advance of stay. Only recommendation would be to have alternate milks. "

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge.
