Hiden gem !!

Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay

We stayed there 14 days. The humidity level is high and many big spiders inside even walking inside the bed. When we checked out we forgot our stuff and I kindly asked them and they confirmed that cleaner found. Though I messaged a few times to collect it in appropriate times, but they did not respond. It was not nice. Bare in mind that if you forget something you can never get it as nobody cares. Housekeeper only comes once a week and only when you ask

There is not much near the property but, if like me you are just after somewhere to sleep, this is ideal. The room has the basics you need for a stay and was spotlessly clean.

Everything was exactly as you wanted. The only reason that I reduced my review is because there was an unsightly mark on the sheet and I think people should pay more attention when they make the bed cause this was not very pleasant at all I was woken late that night by people talking outside my room. I don’t quite know why, and obviously nobody can do anything about that except the guests themselves by being more considerate. With luck it’s just an exception.

1.Room is tiny 2.Bed had two single mattresses 3.Storage container at entrance of room 4. Room was not very clean 5. To top it all T.V don’t work probably. 6. We can not recommend this room I would like to mansion that in my years of staying at B&Bs I can say this is the worst, not worth £99. Per night.

Lovely room close to Worthing centre

The room we stayed in was lovely. The bed is super comfy, the room was lovely and clean and with all amenities. The bathroom and shower are modern and really lovely. The stay is a little different as there is no check in or reception as such, but this wasn't a problem. There is a number you can call if you need anything, but we really didn't.

Half a Shed in a Scrapyard

Booked via Expedia; all we needed was a bed for the night. Bex Rooms fell short. The advert did quote the room area, so we weren't expecting anything big. It didn't state that the room was simply half a shed at the back of a house, within a scrapyard (admittedly landscaped with some gravel and a token wooden screen). The bathroom was fairly recently decorated, but wasn't clean. No fear of agrophobia either; I could touch both opposing walls with my elbows, with my arms almost at my sides (didn't have a tape to measure it). The bed was 1.5m wide, a limited double at best (in fact it was a couple of little singles stuck together). The mattresses were of the cheapo, firm, spring-only (minimal padding) type. The sheets were damp and clammy. The air in the 'room' was stale, and it was impossible to ventilate the room without having the curtains (to the scrapyard side) open. Photo attached; Bex Rooms shed (this is two rooms !) is on the right. The only thing in the pic that isn't scrap is our car (in the foreground). Note the rusting dump truck in the shade mid-pic; a nice touch. Woken in the morning by the old van in the scrapyard, with a driver who decided to start up and then have a smoke. Maybe he couldn't sleep in his room either; either way it was a smelly and noisy start to the day.
