It's been great Comfortable enough Not overly expensive Came the week before Christmas so Christmas activities on, which my 3 year old loved! We're vegan and they accommodated for us at breakfast All the staff have been super lovely. For us/the price, so much easier than coming to Thomasland last year We'd stay here again Do have to pay for car parking (we paid £7 for both nights) which isn't obvious.

Very nice hotel, for the price point I felt very well looked after. The pub downstairs is really good as well with great breakfasts. Definitely stay again while using it as a base for the area.

Clean and well presented room and bathroom. Quiet considering it’s above a pub. Ideal for town centre and surrounding attractions. Overnight parking included which is handy. Have stayed here several times and can’t fault, highly recommended. Does what it says on the tin 👍

Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Absolutely amazing the room was just brill,the pool was so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful,staff were friendly and helpful, food was pricey but what do you expect with such an amazing place,we will defiantly be going back

The staff is welcoming and rooms are tidy. I paid for parking bcz l didn't use their website saying its free parking if lm to use their website. But besides that overall the place is on spot.

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Stayed a few times at the hotel but this time was disappointed with the service and the food, due to the weather being bad we decided to eat at the hotel, could not book into the restaurant as they were full all they could offer was to eat in the Hathaway bar which we did I ordered the chicken which took over half hour which was fine due to they had advised us when we ordered, when it arrived it was under cooked and had no taste was supposed to be lemon and thyme. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again.
