"Stayed in Room 14 for one night. Room very tired - headboard peeling in flakes onto pillows, furniture shoddy & worn. Toilet roll with 4 sheets left folded at end on holder to look nice in en-suite. Room in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff however were very friendly, courteous & professional. Nice meal/drinks at reasonable price in Restaurant. Price for room also reasonable. Would stay again but only for night or two."

Excellent location

"Good value for the money. Hotel is a bit outdated but we hardly stayed within except only to spend the night while visiting London. Location is excellent, within a very close walking distance from the train station that can connect you anywhere you need to be, including LHR. "

"Great and convenient place to stay. Thoughtfully apportioned rooms and nice staff. Do not need ground transportation to get her … walk through an enclosed bridge to the hotel. Would readily stay here again."
