Best room in Brighton,nice staff

Easy, clean and staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good. I’d stay again!

The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive. We ate a starter and main and, were seated for over 2 hours. I asked for the bill as soon as...

Loved our stay at Colson House. We haven't been back in 12 years, and it's still as lovely as ever. John was very friendly and welcoming. Great location, the hotel is beautifully decorated.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, parking in the area was difficult though but that's Brighton

Loved our stay! Staff was so friendly and kind, room was beautiful!

We had a wonderful welcome back from Mihal, when we arrived early and left our luggage. And then at check-in, we were greeted by the amazing Simona and her colleague, Fiona, who were so friendly and helpful - a pleasure to meet and chat to. Our room was wonderful - huge and comfortable bed, espresso machine, very clean and we were very happy to have a fridge, too. Only area for improvement would be to have had drinks and snacks in the fridge that are suitable for vegans, but we weren’t expecting...

Thank you for an amazing stay, very comfortable bed, all clean and quiet, just what we needed. great breakfast was served directly to our cabin. highly recommended.

Historic building with sloping floors and beams. Lots of nice extra touches and quality curtains/ lampshades/ decor

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. The room was lovely with an amazing view from the roof terrace. The whole place was clean and very well looked after -...

Stayed one night only ideal short bus ride to the music venue, could not fault the place. Bus stops right outside the hotel, a no brainier if you want to visit Brighton too!

All good. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast tasty. Staff very welcome

Close to the station very clean and comfortable. Good value in an expensive town.

Stayed for one night to use as a base to go to football at Brighton. Ten minute walk to the railway station and then a short journey to Falmer which is right next to the stadium

Superior King Room with Sea View was fantastic. Lovely big room with a great view of the sea. There was even a desk fan in the cupboard for us as it was so hot which was helpful. Both a bath and shower were there as well. Couldn't ask for more, worth the price!

Lovely modern hotel just a few steps from the seafront & approx 10 min walk to the main station. NCP parking opposite - ask hotel for a discount code as a waitress told us one was available (but we had used the train so didn't enquire any further) Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds, very nice bathroom with a fab, huge walk in shower. Only thing missing was a fridge / minibar, which would have been handy to keep our drinks cool but a bucket of ice from the bar did the trick. Breakfast was...
