"A one night stay for theatre visit, hotel in excellent location. Check in quick, easy and helpful. Room very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and Aircon meant we could control room temperature. One small niggle on returning from the theatre along with everyone else there was only one bar attendant, who was very slow and not very attentive this made for a long wait for drinks. Breakfast although self service was good and hot and the staff very pleasant although under pressure. Would definitely stay again."

"Room fine no problem, breakfast ok, but it was packed and staff couldnt cope, coffee machine, either queue or refreshing itself. No eggs, then no beans, no milk, no bowls. Got there in end, but not great. Spa was very good, pool great & steam room hottest Ive been in!"
