"La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont assez raides, et qui peuvent causer des difficultés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette maison."

"We celebrate a wedding anniversary at LeSable, with young and old. The great advantage of this location is that each room comes with its private bathroom, and there is an elevator, so there is no problem for people that are old/disabled. "Alles is aanwezig om een gezellig verblijf te hebben met een aantal gezinnen. Ruime (bad)kamers, grote tuin met veel speeltuigen en een Ofyr voor de mannen. Hiervan hebben we lekker genoten, dankzij het uitstekende BBQ- pakket, vers gebracht door de eigenaars!"

"My husband and I stayed here for several days while sightseeing in the neighborhood. Communication with the host for check in was great, and I really appreciated the good local information she provided as well. The house is very comfortable, in a great location, and has a wonderful backyard that we used for eating our meals and relaxing in the evenings. The whole stay what exactly what we needed and the house and host were perfect. We would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area."

"The house is extremely well equipped and has a lovely garden with views over the fields. The pool and cinema room were a bonus. It’s only a short drive into the centre of Lille and convenient to explore the surrounding area but we really enjoyed the rural location."

"This was a perfect spot for touring not just Passchendaele but also further afield. Managed Ghent and Brugge without too much hassle. It was really nice to come back to the house. Some great restaurants no more than five miles away including Den Artiest and Restaurant Historic. Good Spar in Dadizele with a great range of food. Highly recommend the accommodation. Marc the Host was brilliant."

"I enjoyed very much my stay in Henk's guesthouse in Zulte. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and very nicely located. Shopping and other amenities are nearby, as is access to the heartland of flandrian cycling. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse."

"Description was accurate except for the address. Address was the owner's residence not the advertised place. Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. The property description was accurate as well. We would stay again."

"Une arrivée libre très bien pour ne pas stresser notre emploi du temps, l'hôte ne nous a pas accueilli physiquement mais c'était tout comme, il est très réactif et très attentif aux besoins de ses hébergeants. Vraiment très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de profiter de McArthur Glen ou des magasins d'usines et beaucoup de restauration diverses et variées autour. Nous avons pu nous poser sereinement pour profiter du marché de Noël de Lille. Merci encore pour l'accueil."

"Edwige (patronne) adorable disponible et serviable mais je pense endroit mal adapté pour 14 personnes (14 sportifs) . Ballon insuffisant (eau chaude très vite épuisé) et salle de convivialité (salon cuisine) un peu petite. à mon avis mieux adapté pour maximum 8 personnes. mais pas de regret tout de même car très bien accueilli ."

"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing.
