For over $500 we got a spartan room with very little storage space and a huge bathroom with no space for towels, toiletries, etc. The seating in the room was uncomfortable and the furnishings were all laminate. This is, at best, a 2-3 star hotel with 5 star prices. On the plus side, it is well located in the city center and is a pretty building.

It was great location and staff were very friendly and accommodated everything we needed. Considering it was close to the city it was quiet. The hotel upgraded us too as there were works happening so we never heard them or were interrupted by them. Great dinner recommendations given. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Away for weekend in Lille, hotel was great, room was suitable, the privilege option, could have done with some more practical storage, and a smaller TV. But overall great, especially the reception staff.

Watch out for mosquitoes in the rooms

Our room was full of them, so much so, we’ve been bitten all over. When we checked out they informed us we should have asked for a repellant, really. If you knew they was an issue 1. We put guests in these rooms and 2. Put repellant items in there . Shame as location was ideal
