"El hotel está bonito, limpio, y muy céntrico; tiene mucha vida a los alrededores y se puede andar fácilmente, además de que tiene la central de Ave al cruzar la calle. El hostal tiene una terraza muy linda en el techo. Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, el aire acondicionado no baja de los 18 grados centígrados y la fuerza de agua en el lavamanos era un hilito.... Para el precio, me pareció elevado en comparación con estancias similares en, por ejemplo, Barcelona. "

"The staff were lovely. Location wise it was far from the city centre and need to ride a bus. About 18min walk to the train station as well. There was a bus stop in front and lidl was very close hence convinient"

"Fantastic hotel in the middle of Madrid. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Well kept hotel. No matter the time you just have to wait a few seconds for the elevator. Breakfast is very good and diverse. A little minor was that opposite our room was a room used by housekeeping which could be at tat noisy but never late in the evening. Really recommend this hotel."

"Neat place but security is lacking. While waiting for my taxi in the lobby inside the main door looking out the window a thief snatched and stole my backpack inside the hotel 3 meters away. The staff was nonplussed about it indicating it happens often."
