The pool was out of use 10-11am which was annoying and the hot tub was out of use the whole time. There was also no water in our fridge. With there being no phone in the room having to go down to reception felt like a chore every time so we didn’t bother. The location is good but I was misinformed on the phone about parking- she told me £12 but it’s actually £21.60\. We still had a nice stay but there were a number of errors.
