"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"The property was nice enough but our weekend didn't get off to a great start as our booking hadn't gone through to the property owner. Rachel did however find us somewhere else to stay and then upgraded us to the Old Parlour on our 3rd night."

"What a lovely hotel, we will definitely be back. From the time we arrived we found staff eager to help and were very friendly. Our room was huge (and we were staying in the smallest type available) and the bathroom was amazing with the rain shower and the his & her sinks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended."
