"Lovely hosts. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, don’t worry if you’ve forgotten anything! Has been decorated since photographs were taken so now more country cottage than Scandinavian. Terrace and outside of property very dusty but it is a farm yard and the weather was extremely hot. "The room was clean, and the staff are great. Few little issues, but nothing major, we had some issues with the shower being a bit temperamental, sometimes it would come on, other times it wouldn't come on at all, and the temperature took some working out as well. The room had a nice fridge, and decent sized TV on the wall, which worked well. The building seems to only have 1 lift that covers a range of floor, so there is often a queue for the lift, which is fine, its healthy to take the stairs. Parking is a problem, the carpark is not big enough for the number of guess. there was a lot of double parked cars, blocking in other vehicles. The food at breakfast was slow to replenish but was decent, and the staff were very polite and friendly. In some areas it feels like the hotel is stuck in the 80s but in others it feels like it is modern. The hotel is dog friendly, and no issues with you having pets in the room, and around the building. I enjoyed the stay, did everything I needed."
