"Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."

"Great stay! Nothing to complain about. Hotel is peaceful away from the hustle of Marrakesh. The service is excellent, all the staff are very nice. The food is very good and varied. The city centre shuttle is useful to go to the city centre. "
