"Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. "Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

"I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks were good. Food is pretty good. I drank the non bottled water and ate the ceviche and fruit. Didn’t get sick whereas I previously had at other resorts. "
