There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. "The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV.
