"The property was in the best location for first time travelers to London. It’s very easy to get to transportation and you are in a very quiet, safe area. Grocery store right down the street, tons of restaurants, and pubs near by. Communication was great and apartment was very clean. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel was lovely, the glasshouse is very nice with good cocktails and snacks. Had the best massage ever with a Thai lady called Joe. Hotel could do with modernising in the hall ways but apart from that stunning. We will return in the summer with the children next time. "

"Appreciated the space in the family room and cleanliness - thank you to the cleaners! Swimming pool area extremely in need of a refurbishment. Pool water was cold. Reception area was welcoming. Food good choice but quality could be better/ more flavoursome. The hotel served a purpose as was close to Snow Centre. "
