"Staff was lovely - and working super hard. But room had many problems: refr did not work, outlets - only one worked; no light in the room... Overall, it worked ok - but could be better"

"The breakfast was excellent and this is the best restocking breakfast I've ever had it in. A hotel. Josefina worked really hard to be sure that there were fresh apples and muffins and donuts and oatmeal and waffles and yogurt and all the liquids full at all times. "

"Based on the pictures the hotel appears to be fairly decent however I was highly disappointed. One of the elevators sounds like it needs maintenance and smells like mildew and needs a good cleaning. The hallways also smell like mildew. There was what appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hallway but was not turned on. I had to switch my room because the first one had standing water when I turned the shower on. The next room they moved me to was not any better. The room floor looked as if they needed to be mopped and there was mildew behind the bathroom mirror. The bathroom is also very small. The bed was hard and the mini sink in the room had rust spots on it. Overall the hotel is not as clean as it should be. The ceilings on yhe 8th floor has chipped paint that looks as if there should be some renovation taking place. I would not recommend. I tried to cancel m reservation but was not able to do so."

"Pet friendly, but pricey, staff was nice. Rooms are very musty and over use of bleach. Lots of rust on metal screw heads and sprinkler fittings. "

"The clerk at first stated that they did not have my reservation, which I had paid in full before my stay, but then was able to confirm after a bit more digging. The room was relatively clean, but the tub faucet in the bathroom dripped constantly and the bathroom door would not fully close. Other than that, it was a decent stay if you're in town for a couple of days and just need a place to lay your head and keep your things. It did have a pretty new view of the marina, but other than boats and some water, it's not much to see. "
