Beautifully decorated, comfy bed and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed here quite a few times and always happy there. Easy parking, friendly staff and clean fairly well equipped rooms. Easily on par with premier inn if not better.

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and liked it very much . Since my recent visit it has had a makeover and is even nicer. The staff are brilliant without being overbearing and the food is lovely. the spa and pool are awesome.

I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. Stopped over for one night. Had a very nice curry in the evening and good full English breakfast. Room was clean and tidy and shower very good.

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, Sevenoaks which probably has a lot to do with the friendly staff. They were willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

This hotel is situated right outside Brands Hatch race course and is very friendly with a bar and restaurant. Beautiful area surrounding the venue too.

Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time.
