"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings.
This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"Amazing and convenient location in city centre. Sits on a pedestrian only street with shops and restaurants. Sitting area in front. Room was clean, simple, yet tidy and comfortable. TV has all Israeli channels, and international news channels. Central air and heat makes it easy to control room temperature. Checked in late, and always someone at the front desk to help. Lovely comfortable hotel close to the Jaffa gate and the old city about a 12 minute walk.
The hotel staff are friendly and efficient nothing is too much trouble. Pleasant rooms and a very good breakfast.
The icing on the cake was the wine and snacks in the bar after a day enjoying the sights.
