"One of our favourite hotels in London and perfectly located near Waterloo. The review would normally be 5 stars for every option, but this year there were a couple of small issues (may not seem major, but when you're paying for somewhere like the Park Plaza, you expect it). The bathroom this year was in poor condition with the sliding door between shower and toilet extremely hard to move. We did tell reception, sadly no one came to check it out. We were also missing a refresh of coffee, towels and water in the room on our final night. We didn't get back to the hotel until 2am on our last (third) night, so missed spotting these until the morning. "
