"This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The location is really convenient, right above Victoria station. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. Bus stations all around to get us everywhere. When we got there, there were a bit of stairs in front of the entrance. There's an attendant there 24/7 to help you carry suitcases up and down those stairs, which was super appreciated. Check-in process was super easy. We got there a bit earlier than check-in time, and without us even asking, they offered to let us into our room early as it's available already. That made our entire day, as it was super nice to be able to freshen up in the room before heading out for the day! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is super well maintained, beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious enough for 2. Breakfasts were standard. Their room service is from their restaurant downstairs (The Soak), which was amazing food, we had to go down again the next night! Checkout was super quick and easy. I would definitely book again next time!"

"I booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and the other one for my son, wife and two children. The rooms were small but clean. The bath sheets were great. I did not see their room but ours overlooked the back of a school and the other window a brick wall. The ad for superior room appeared as though we would have a nice view but that was not so. It was ok as we did not stay in the room much. The king size bed was short and my feet went over the edge and I’m only 5’ 7”. We had breakfast at the buffet, the only place in the hotel available for breakfast. That was a big disappointment. They did not allow à la carte orders and we had to pay for the full buffet, which was 55 lbs per person, including children. The selection was poor and the bread was not fresh. The crescents were good. The cost was almost $500. for breakfast. We ate breakfast across the street after that and it was much better and less expensive. Besides this breakfast we enjoyed our stay. The patio outside the restaurant was quite lovely."
