Not so smart tv
"Booked this room due to the smart tv. Nothing on the tv worked. When I contacted the front desk I was told that they didn’t know how to fix it. Furthermore, I had no internet access. Awful."

"The beautiful Marriott Parklane Hotel is located very central. Just a short minute walk to great stores and restaurants. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable! Just overall a lovely and elegant hotel to stay in! I would stay there again and again!!!!!!!"

"Checkin was good and fast. Amazing and helpful staff at the concierge. 1 lift was not working causing long wait at times. Rooms were clean and of a good size. Bed was comfortable however no firm pillows available here. Breakfast choice was really good and yummy however staff at breakfast weren't ..."
