I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile for guests. You can tell that it is under great management and they care about customer service. We loved the free happy hour of bubbles and wine - this was a lovely touch for guests. The hotel felt luxurious on all levels and surprisingly we did not hear any street noise or disturbance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

The interiors are fantastic and staff were exceptional. Mini bar prices were questionable. £100 for half a bottle of red wine? And food and drink prices in the restaurant were very over priced in relation to what we ate. This is NOT the Chateau Marmont yet the Momad thinks it can demand the same prices. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. We stayed for the theatre. It was really great for location with everything within walking distance. Room was lovely and clean and shower hot. Good bar downstairs with comfortable seating to relax

Excellent hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Great location, only about 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube. Free welcome drink was nice and lovely touch with some macarons in the room with a note to say happy birthday. Espresso machine was great and great tea options provided (kettle in the room). First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.
