"The rooms were modern, in good repair, daily cleaning staff was excellent. Food was very good , fresh lots of variety. Restaurant choices were very nice and good variety. Pools gorgeous and clean . Beach area was fairly clean and lots of sand to walk daily. Staff friendly and attentive especially in buffet dining. Entertainment was varied and some excellent bands, singers, piano lounge, MJ, magician were all enjoyable "

"Great place to spend a few days with family or friends! Fantastic amenities, loved the shows, right on the beach. Had a bunch of long skinny pools because there are so many swim out suites. Very easy to get beach chairs and beds are free, unlike most resorts. Food was mixed, but you can definitely find a variety of tasty stuff (they cooked us a meal by request). Not sure what we should’ve had our butler help with, but he was very communicative. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved having a private hot tub on our roof — that’s something I haven’t seen anywhere else. "

"The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. "

"We went for my husband's 50th birthday and had a great time. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. There was always something to do, You could relax or party. Your choice. I thought the food was very good. Especially the Strip steakhouse, Sofritos which served authentic Dominican food, and the Italian Restaurant on the Dreams Onyx side which we had access to. The only recommendation I have to improve the experience for travelers is that there should be more beach/pool chairs available. The resort was sold out the days I was there and we had to rent a cabana for $150 for 1 day because we couldn't find any available chairs on the beach or by the pool. The cabana was amazing, but I don't think we should have had to pay any additional money to find a place to sit/lay out after spending so much money for a warm weather vacation. There should be a chair for every guest without upselling you for a $100 covered bed/$150 cabana on the beach or $300 for an "open bar" seat near the pool when the entire resort is open bar/all inclusive. Overall, it was wonderful and I will be back. Next time I will bring my reuseable metal straws because to be environmentally friendly the bars don't have straws or only have paper straws. "

"Beautiful place! Excellent staff! From the bellman to the housekeeper, the service was excellent. Special shout outs to Jesus at check in, Jesus the waiter, Darlene, Gabriel, Alexander, and Carolina at the spa, Miguel and Maria with entertainment, Basilio, Erika, and many many more bar tenders and wait staff…all were so hospitable it made our stay excellent! We loved the Michael Jackson/ Freddie Mercury show on Tuesday night. Maintenance was quick to respond to the couple issues we had. Only complaints we had: Our mini bar fridge didn’t cool well, which was disappointing. And the main hot tub didn’t get very hot. No fun on a cloudy day. "
