Great location, beautiful artwork, facilities of a 5 star hotel in a homely guest house. Local produce at breakfast and a well stocked honesty bar. Hosts are attentive and lots of information for travellers. Can’t wait to return.

Thank you to Heather for the wonderful hospitality, beautiful accommodation and breakfast. Everything was perfect: quiet; gorgeous room with large ensuite; fabulous breakfast; fast internet; close to water in Dundee; lovely 12miles drive to St Andrews.
Best value for money and definitely a high end 4*. Would come back to Scotland just to stay here again.
