"Everything was amazing. The space was exactly as pictured, or better. I had asked about the kitchen supplies as I planned to cook during my stay, and it had even more utensils than I expected. It was perfect. Clean, cozy, well-appointed… I definitely plan to come back."

Great location, beautiful artwork, facilities of a 5 star hotel in a homely guest house. Local produce at breakfast and a well stocked honesty bar. Hosts are attentive and lots of information for travellers. Can’t wait to return.

The house is situated on a hill overlooking Carnoustie.
It is very nicely decorated and well maintained. We had a twin room on the top floor. It was well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The ensuite had a larger shower cubicle than average.
Breakfast was very nice, with good quality ingredients.
Lisa was a very good host, welcoming and full of useful information

We had a lovely time at the Glen Clova hotel, it's set in beautiful scenery and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and our room was very quiet. Only thing I would ask for is mineral water in the room because both taps in the bathroom were running warm water so we couldn't pour a glass from there.

We were checked in on arrival by a friendly receptionist who was professional and helpful. The hotel was spacious with an amazing view of the golf course. The food in the restaurant was very nice. Congratulations to all the staff who worked hard to make our 2 night stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Our fist visit to Montrose. Lovely hotel which met all our needs in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, amenities and location.
We had a very plentiful, tasty breakfast.
Great atmosphere in the evening when there was a live band and a busy function suite.
Have already recommended this hotel and this town to friends.

The Superior Suite was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, so new, fresh and squeaky clean. Keycode access to main door and rooms. Ample car parking available. Check in online. Super comfy beds, plenty of sockets, charging points too. A seated dressing table and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen area was ideal, just perfect for having a hot drink and use of microwave, great that there is cutlery and crockery available. Shower room, again really nice. Such a well thought out suite,...
