"We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. "The property is cozy with 2 bedrooms and lots of light filled areas to hang out. The property is very recently renovated and everything is clean and new. The setting sun gives a great show every night over the lake. The location is easy driving to downtown Jamestown which has some nice coffee (Crown Roasters) and restaurants."

"The house was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located close to most major attractions. There was a nice back yard for pets and children to play. The house had many extras that were not mentioned in the description. There was a washer and dryer available! The living room had couch that is a triple recliner! We had a wonderful spring break."

Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay."

"We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable...
