We appreciated the friendly staff. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. The jets were not working on the hot tub but the water was genuinely hot making for a good soak. The hotel is close to a wide variety of dining options and shopping as well.

The vanity area is way too small for 2 or more people. The lighting is dim and it could use a small table and mirror near an outlet would be helpful. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Kudos to your breakfast staff. They go above and beyond to be helpful and very polite. Would definitely recommend.

Clean room and helpful staff. I stopped by the front desk and for some fresh towels. When I got off the elevator to go back to my room, the housekeeper was right there with our towels. Very attentive

Property was very pleasant. When you first walk in, you can smell soap. (Based on past experience at other places, believe me when I say this is a GOOD thing) Staff are friendly and very helpful Breakfast was great Hot tub is one of the better ones we’ve been to.

Beautiful grounds and clean hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the breakfast area was not big enough for a fully booked hotel. We weren't able to take advantage of the free breakfast due to overcrowding and a chaotic area. I will say that the woman maintaining the breakfast area looked like she was working HARD to keep things full and clean.

Great service. Clean rooms. Nice to have complimentary water and tea available in the lounge all day. Hot tub jets were not working. This is the second time we stayed where hot tub was not fully working which is the main reason we select this place when in the area. But staff were aware of issue and trying to get it resolved.

We stayed here for three nights over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options each morning. We also loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
