"Good for solo and family trip. Inside the building everything is safe. Individually marked for individual rooms to avoid confusion. Got a nice kitchen and utensils. Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly. Clean kitchen, corridor, bedroom and toilet. "

"The room and the wi fi was ok but the whole place is dirty.I’m not satisfied with the amount I paid for this room, no good services, no friendly environment, there is only one bathroom for 6 rooms which was so dirty and when I contacted the customer service they said it’s a shared house and they said they have a cleaning scheduled on Friday which was only emptying the bin in the kitchen. No recommended to women at all "
