"Helpful staff, clean room with good suppllies including chargers, etc. the bathroom could do with a little refurb but perfectly good. We had a comfortable nights sleep and staff were helpful when we arrived back at tge hotel late."

"The hotel overall offered a very good price for a reasonably convenient location, the bed itself was nothing to get hyped about, but it just about beats out a sofa bed. There was an Air Conditioning (or just Heater/Cooler) unit in the room, but the control panel just flashed "E3" repeatedly and otherwise done nothing whilst it was turned on - there was however a small fan in the room which was OK as a backup. Parking is plentiful and we had no trouble finding a space, even when arriving back to the hotel late at night. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant. If I wanted a more comfortable sleep, because of the bed I'd choose elsewhere, but for the price we paid it was a good option for a bed and then breakfast buffet the following morning."

"Absolutely amazing place - Grounds are excellent - gardens well cared for, both quiet and interesting at the same time. We could not have asked for a better place to stay - very central for Blenheim, Stratford, Warwick castle and more. Breakfast was perfect and intimate. Bedding very comfortable with amazing views from every window."

"Staff are more than helpful and friendly. Facilities are lovely especially the pool at night time! Only bad thing is the breakfast isn't that nice and you don't get much on your plage. The full English breakfast didn't taste all that nice and it definitely isn't a full breakfast"

"Clean and comfortable room. The was a rail missing from the shower screen door, leaving two holes. This allowed water to cascade onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was very good. Parking is convenient and safe, We didn't have breakfast as we didn't like it when we stayed previously."
