"Fantastic Hotel , location ,staff , particularly at check in receptionist name was Georgina she was exceptional, However , the concerge desk in the lobby were most unhelpful & not obliging , we had two occasions to deal with them very unhelpful & dismissive actually rude , the receptionist staff took over & our request was granted but only because of the Receptionist . Concierge staff need new training "
