We had an unforgettable family stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, celebrating our son’s birthday — and every moment was exceptional. We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Manju an Indian boy in the executive lounge at level five was great and so were everyone we came in contact with. We ate at Shimmers, the...

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. We booked a King Summerhouse and was allocated Room 4 Villa 14 (overlooking the waterway). The room itself was spacious and clean. The reason I marked cleanliness as a 4 and not 5 is...

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations.
Beautiful sea view, phenomenal breakfast on the ground floor from fresh squeezed juices to pancakes and omelettes cooked in front of you all you can ask for and more. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who checked us in - Ahmed. He was so polite...

The Address is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so well maintained that it looks like it has just been built. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous. Aside from the usual facilities, there is free bottled water and an iPad in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent views over the Marina.
The free WiFi connection was excellent and accessible in all parts of the hotel. The gym is the best I have ever seen in a hotel and only of a slightly lower quality than the...
