Nice place!

Nice, new hotel. Very clean . Check in was fast and woman at counter very nice. Door to room on first floor very hard to open. Needed to push very hard to open and close. We were warned about this at check in.

The property is very secluded, next to the St. Joseph river, with nice walking trails. The entire estate is 800 acres, mostly forest with some farm land. The family that owns it is in the process of expanding the amenities, but it looks like the main, huge house will not be affected. My wife and I had the entire main floor all to ourselves for a day and a half. The renovations to this house is the best I have ever seen and I have done a lot of renovations, but not to this level. If you are looking for a quiet, calm get away next to a large slow moving river, this is the place.

Fabulous time. Many water accessories offered which made it very enjoyable for our kiddos. Bring your fishing poles!! One of my kiddos pulled out 28 fish just from the dock! Super quiet back on the channel. Kitchen fully stocked and very clean! Downsides : No washclothes for showers. Bring your own. No ladder to climb out of water onto dock. No chairs at firepit. NO DATA and very weak wifi. Other than the few downsides which are minor other than the wifi it is a fabulous house and location. We would 100% come back! We cooked and grilled breakfast and lunch at the house while we were there but ate dinner one night at The Strand (make reservations if you want to eat outside) which was absolutely fabulous and we also ate at Sisters Brewery. Food was more simplistic but very good as well. Both had live music which was nice. My kiddos enjoyed ice cream from Driftwoods.

Wonderful property with small beach for the kiddos. Loved sitting around the fire pit at night watching the moon rise over the lake.

Great little cottage! Secluded and quiet, the property was clean and welcoming! We had a nice, relaxing weekend away!

Great stay! Lovely home very close to Lake and Marina for rentals. Definitely would stay again!

It was an incredible property that really lived up to it's pictures! We enjoyed ourselves a ton. The lake is absolutely beautful!!

Absolutely loved my stay. Cabin was so much nicer than the one my family used to have on the channel on the other end of the lake. The beach/park was also wonderful. I will stay here again!
