Our door code didnt work but the property mgr was very responsive via phone and got us in. Great location by river walking path and also only 2+ miles from the wedding venue! We even walked to Ginnys for a great breakfast!

Very nice property for ND weekend! Perfect for 4/5 people.

The code to get in did not work but management responded to email communication immediately and got us in the apartment in less than 10min. We appreciated the follow-up communication from management and the rest of the stay was uneventful. The beds were comfortable. One bathroom still needs towel hooks installed.

Everything was ready for us when we got there. The camp fire started and clear instructions for how everything works. It was very relaxing and quite. A good place for a family getaway or with a small group of friends. I would stay here again.

I liked how my girlfriend and i were able to safely walk around the building no matter the hour.

A lovely decorated apartment along the river. Perfect for our goals of rest and reflection. Pans were a bit sparse for cooking but we made due. I learned some interesting issues booking through a management company rather than through a private owner: 1. There are added fees that you otherwise would not incur (“Booking fee” and “processing fee”). 2. They also required a deposit for potential damages which is their right I suppose. But I know as a host on another platform that if I have problems with damages from a guest that I will be helped to recoup the expenses for those damages. I assume Vrbo has the same help for them. So it caused me some stress wondering if they would blame us and charge us for some imperfection that was already there before we arrived. It all worked out and we got the deposit back but I dont think it’s necessary to charge this when the place is not absolutely perfect to start with and there’s no checkin system to record the imperfections as a record upon arrival. I actually loved the place but dont know if I would stay there again because of these money thgs.

Incredible lofts with all the comforts one could possibly need! We stayed in Loft #6 and loved the style, space, and all the extra comforts that were provided. We were amazed with how well the kitchen was stocked and enjoyed the 2 Keurig coffee stations located in the commons. Conveniently located close to St. Joseph, New Buffalo, and South Haven, it was perfect for our busy weekend getaway. Would love to get back soon!
