"Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. "The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. There is also a bad smell from the drain. I wish they showed pictures of the bathroon in advance but i guess they trying co cover for it. I did love...

"The flat was perfect for my business trip, it had everything I needed for simple meals and working peacefully in this calm flat. The location is so central, was good for getting to my meetings. The flat was very clean and nicely furnished. The host was generous and granted a late check out which was much appreciated. "

"The quality of the hotel was completely fantastic, clean and modern, I really had a home feeling using this apartment. I would recommend this a hundred percent. Maybe the check in time 15:00 might be to late for some, I'd advise more flexibility with check-in's for example check in times can be at 10:00 or 11:00 am. That's about it :) "
