Clean and well presented room and bathroom. Quiet considering it’s above a pub. Ideal for town centre and surrounding attractions. Overnight parking included which is handy. Have stayed here several times and can’t fault, highly recommended. Does what it says on the tin 👍

It's been great Comfortable enough Not overly expensive Came the week before Christmas so Christmas activities on, which my 3 year old loved! We're vegan and they accommodated for us at breakfast All the staff have been super lovely. For us/the price, so much easier than coming to Thomasland last year We'd stay here again Do have to pay for car parking (we paid £7 for both nights) which isn't obvious.

Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Nice hotel, nice friendly staff....breakfast was plentiful & good. A couple of things.. The room was cold & the electric heater was manually adjustable took quite a while to heat the room up. Another thing we had twin beds...my single mattress was terrible....soon at you ley on it it squashed to half its size & made a terrible noise like all the springs were coming apart...& I'm not a heavy person....other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing the room was just brill,the pool was so relaxing, the grounds were beautiful,staff were friendly and helpful, food was pricey but what do you expect with such an amazing place,we will defiantly be going back
