"Excellent breakfast options. Wilber was assigned as our mayordomo for 2 rooms and he solidified our reasons for wanting to come back next year. He was everywhere...and always on the move. He is made for hospitality management and he knows how to listen (not an easy skill). We came with grandparents and they agreed that this resort had everything within a short distance. There was minimum sargassum on their beach and very swimmable and clean. I did not notice any seaweed for most of the day. This was our second time here and customer service hands-down really makes a difference here. Thanks!"

"Very clean resort. Water park is a long walk to get to with children. There are no food truck or food to go, which is inconvenient for family’s with children. Only two breakfast option which gets old fast. Their dinner reservation policy is annoying, it won’t let you book more than 2 a day and there were only late night reservations around 8-9pm. This resort caters to adults a lot. The staff was okay but there was a huge language barrier, if you choose this resort make sure you speak Spanish. "

"For staying iin the Club (Adult Side) There is a large selections of pools that are beautiful and extremely clean and well maintained. They have numerous Bali Beds as well as Palapas on the beach. There are improvements that need to be addressed. Many of the Bali beds and Chaise lounges are in need of new cushions. The structure of the Bali frame needs restraining and curtains need to be replaced. Our spacious room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good air conditioning. Staff was attentive to our needs Restaurants were good with a large variety of food for each and every visitor. Different shows perform at property theater. There is a Casino as well. This place is perfect if you need to relax and unwind from your everyday life. "
