"This was our first time experiencing an all inclusive resort so I don’t have anything to compare to. Check in was awful, rude employees would tell us to step up then walk away and wouldn’t help us. Took over 30 min for someone to finally help. They weren’t very clear on policies and instructions, especially for newbies. Food was ok, just edible enough so we weren’t hungry. Anytime we grabbed corn on the cob, it wasn’t cooked all the way and was very hard. Boat rentals were awesome! Water aerobics and zoomba were great and the staff was entertaining! I wish we got a rundown of the map better. We would have loved to rent a cabana on the adults only area but didn’t know it was there until the second to last day and they were all booked. If you want to watch any tv, bring a fire stick or something because we got maybe 2 English channels and we asked for help but no one came. Carlos was a great service to us though! From other frequent all inclusive resort go-ers, they said this was the best one they’ve been too!"
