Lovely rooms & very helpful staff.

Great place to stay. We were going to a concert In Brighton and this was an ideal place to stay. Staff were helpful about local area, amenities and getting to and from Brighton. Room is simple but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. Plenty of choice, happy to accommodate special dietary requirements. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful welcome back from Mihal, when we arrived early and left our luggage. And then at check-in, we were greeted by the amazing Simona and her colleague, Fiona, who were so friendly and helpful - a pleasure to meet and chat to. Our room was wonderful - huge and comfortable bed, espresso machine, very clean and we were very happy to have a fridge, too. Only area for improvement would be to have had drinks and snacks in the fridge that are suitable for vegans, but we weren’t expecting...

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive. Lovely modern hotel just a few steps from the seafront & approx 10 min walk to the main station. NCP parking opposite - ask hotel for a discount code as a waitress told us one was available (but we had used the train so didn't enquire any further) Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds, very nice bathroom with a fab, huge walk in shower. Superior King Room with Sea View was fantastic. Lovely big room with a great view of the sea. There was even a desk fan in the cupboard for us as it was so hot which was helpful. Both a bath and shower were there as well. Couldn't ask for more, worth the price!
