Room and spa were excellent. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend.
Only minor issue was when I tried to check in at 8am they requested the payment of a full extra day. I don’t mind paying extra for early check in, but 100% for being a few hours early is too much. We settled at 50% anyway.

The hotel was immaculate, 100% would stay again! A grand building with beautiful painting in the lobby, and huge array of food for breakfast, and clean rooms. Also had a sauna and pool included in our stay for free which was lovely. Also the location is ideal for walking everywhere to all the famous monuments. The BEST thing was the hotel staff at front desk they went out of the way to make us feel welcomed, and the staff are credit to the hotel. As I had my birthday there they got me a painting...

Stayed in a a variety of rooms ranging from the normal double to the luxury rooms. All rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Staff are incredibly helpful and have English speakers. Location very good too, walkable to a lot of sights and right next to a mall. Would happily stay again.
