In old town, staff were amazing, so was breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Very, very kind and patient receptionists (day and night). Had an early start at 6.30am, they organized my taxi pick up and a breakfast box. A big shout out to the night receptionist who helped me with getting USD for Turkmenistan
Great boutique property, with excellent location and service. Staff are very friendly and I recommend this hotel if you wish to stay centrally in the old town Bukhara
It was probably the nicest hotel of our grad tour of Eastern Europe/Central Asia. The hotel is right in the old historic Bukhara centre. The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast. I particularly would like to mention a staff member - Gary (his Uzbek name sounded sort of similar). He helped me with my Uzbek SIM that stiopped working and overall was very helpful in other matters.
Great location in Old City of Bukhara , so everything we wanted to see was easily walkable . Rooms well appointed , very good breakfast . Reception staff helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again .
Very nice location for the tour of historic sites of Bukhara. One of my friends needed help and a staff of the hotel, Gayrat, solved the problem very kindly, which is quite impressive to travellers.
The pros: hotel location, comfortable bed, good AC, quiet location, dark room, and decent breakfast.
The cons: TV didn’t work, WiFI only worked in the reception area, the bathroom needs a deep clean

Great location in old city. Room is very basic, but is clean and has air conditioning and comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water and candied nuts in room. Average breakfast buffet. No food available other times, but lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff that speaks English. Would stay here again.

Pro:
Staffs were all kind & let us leave our luggage before check in & after check out.
Con:
Shower room doesn’t have any place to put things, so I had to put my shampoo on the floor.
Very accessible for tourism, and evening excursions with plenty of restaurants around, safety everywhere etc. The deluxe rooms are excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a great omlette station.
Since it is within the old city zone, a car can only drop you 50m away. Not a problem except if you have luggage. Some of the ground floor rooms are located across tables for friends to chat around. If it becomes noisy, the manager takes care of them.
The manager at the reception Ghairat (Gary) was exceptional in helping us out.
Everything was good: the staff was nice, the cleaning was very decent, and the breakfast was quite good. However, there was a problem with the water in one room—it barely flowed, while in another room it was better but still difficult to shower. Unfortunately, this issue wasn't resolved during our stay. The hotel is located in the center, which is beautiful, and the beds and mattresses were comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the hotel's entrance is blocked because it's in a pedestrian zone, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The transport service for luggage is only available at certain times, which made it less convenient for guests. Overall, I would rate the hotel a solid four out of five.
