#### Very nice natural surroundings

The location and natural surroundings mesmerised us. The chalets had all modern aminities. We faced following issues: 1\. The confirmation email had wrong map location which forced us to pay additional to the taxi driver 2\. The restaurant had very few England speakers where we struggled to convey our orders over phone. 3\. The breakfast had limited options and if you are going 15/30mins before closing time then you will find many things already finished

Отель хороший, высокий уровень сервиса, использовались качественный материалы при строительстве. Но не были учтены некоторые, важные моменты на мой взгляд. Нету пешеходных тратуаров, машины могут заезжать в территорию и не комфортно по ней передвигаться пешком. Просили воду так и не принесли, покрывало принесли после того как попросили 2 раза. Заехали в пятницу, подогрев бассейна не работал, обещали подключить в субботу.
