First off, the location is great! This is a really nice area of Palermo, with loads of designer shops around, as well as nice bars and restaurants. It's a 6 min walk from Teatro Politeama, where you can get on and off the airport shuttle bus and most day trips start from there too. It's about 20 min walk to the old town centre straight down the main road (Via Libertà). Super easy. Beautiful property set about an 8 minute walk from the old town and beach. Downhill going and uphill on the way back. Also a short walk from the train station. The staff were amazing. The reception staff so helpful and the restaurant staff ensured superb breakfasts and lunches for me which met my food intolerances. Lovely pool and sitting areas. Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. We had a deluxe room with a safe, temperature control, fabulous bed and everything we needed. We agreed it would be hard to identify any area for improvement. We would stay again. Great location, very clean rooms, beds comfortable and staff very attentive. Property secure and safe. Breakfast and lunch menu very good but no real dinner menu which is the only downside but that’s not a problem there’s plenty of excellent restaurants on your door step.

I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

This hotel is a beautiful escape from the noisiness and business of Palermo. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and unique. The courtyard around the hotel is so peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and suggested restaurants and things to do in Cefalu..Check-in instructions were very clear. Breakfasts were on the top floor with good views. Nice selection with a hot and cold buffet. Comfortable bed, good shower and selection of toiletries.

Just what we were looking for. Good traditional accommodation with a fabulous terrace. Lovely central location with many of the historical sites within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend if you are looking for something more traditional.

brilliant experience - a lovely vibe in this b and b efficient but relaxed. the staff are great - really pleasant, helpful informative and interesting people themselves. very caring. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect place to stay

We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.

Not walking distance into town but shuttle service is good. Unfortunately the shuttle finishes at 6.30pm. Food options limited not what I’d expect from 4* hotel

Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.
