There are three key things that made our stay here so enjoyable. Firstly, it is a beautiful, boutique hotel with an attention to detail in the stylish, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. This hotel is a beautiful escape from the noisiness and business of Palermo. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and unique. The courtyard around the hotel is so peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

Really enjoyed our stay, very central location so was some noise but glazing amazing at keeping it to a minimum. Lovely room and balcony and such a nice area to make coffee and have a lovely little pastry. Would definitely recommend to others

Great location, very clean rooms, beds comfortable and staff very attentive. Property secure and safe. Breakfast and lunch menu very good but no real dinner menu which is the only downside but that’s not a problem there’s plenty of excellent restaurants on your door step.

Just what we were looking for. Good traditional accommodation with a fabulous terrace. Lovely central location with many of the historical sites within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend if you are looking for something more traditional.

brilliant experience - a lovely vibe in this b and b efficient but relaxed. the staff are great - really pleasant, helpful informative and interesting people themselves. very caring. Great hotel in centre of the city. You can only access the hotel on foot, as you are in a pedestrian area. Overnight public parking is free from 8pm to 9am. Out side these times you pay 50cents an hour.

Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service central old town location with secure parking 200 meters. Aurora and Guessipi Were perfecto. From the street One walks into a magnificent interior design accommodation great for dogs with large garden and lounge area.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.
