in April. The hotel was spot on for this! Short transfer from Nice airport, then everything on the hotel doorstep,

hire, bars and restaurants, and most importantly, the snow! The hotel isn't high end luxury, but perfectly functional for

"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by

"Excellent apartment for our 5 day trip. Close to the town, walkable in the evenings but

bus during the day. Piste across the road too! Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa area was nice. Would visit again. "
