"I had en excellent experience in this lovely hotel. I went with my 17 yo daughter for five days in July. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room we got was just newly renovated and with a nice bed and bath. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach, and also between Negresco and the old town. Excellent location if you ask me. All in all a five star excperience for us! "

Luca at the concierge was truly hospitable. He gave great recommendations and was always willing to help. Genuinely friendl and sincere. More concierges should give service like him.
