"Our visit was wonderful! Would highly recommend to stay here. Service is excellent and friendly at all times. Thank you Sandra for helping us find the perfect suite in the hotel which had an amazing view. We booked a premium suite and loved it! The Italian restaurant Allora has delicious food! We ate there several times and all dishes were incredible. Spa was very enjoyable and relaxing as well. If you have a chance to try the rooftop pool we highly recommend you do so. Gonzalo and Kareem took very good care of us at the concierge desk too. They also helped us order fresh flowers for the room and make reservations. If you are looking for a private tour, you must ask the concierge to book Bruno! He is absolutely amazing!!! Bruno is very knowledgeable, attentive and speaks excellent English. After our first tour we booked him 2 more times. You won’t be disappointed. At the end of our vacation we decided to book our transportation to the airport with Bruno. We could have chosen an Uber, which would have been less expensive but we preferred to have Bruno drive us as he exceeded all of our expectations and made us feel truly comfortable. "When we arrived, we were greeted well by the front desk. The young man that showed us to our room was exceptionally sweet and nice. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he greeted us every morning. In the restaurant, Nelson became one of my favorite waiters there. He was always so energetic and full of life and positive energy. During the last two days of our nine day stay, I was sick and Nelson brought over a special tea his grandmother would make and even brought me an extra to go. The hotel doesn’t offer too many towels and despite asking three days in a row, we did not receive extra towels. We finally stopped someone in the hallway and she was able to accommodate us. Same with the in room coffee service. It was good. It was just you had to ask the right person for additional regular coffee and cream. Overall, it was in a nice section of town and we were able to walk around easily, or take an Uber if we were feeling particularly tired. Lisbon is a beautiful city and we would go there again!!"
